Celebrations...

42 years marriage is good enough reason for a celebration.... and we certainly did!!!

Great company, delicious food, good wine..... 

There's no shortage of great restaurants here in Cusco ... and surprise, surprise, we haven't been to them all yet!!   Cicciolina was the chosen venue for the night, but they couldn't fit us in until 9.30pm.  No problem.... 10.30pm was closer to the mark, but by that time, we'd been given free entrees, and consumed a couple of bottles of wine in their bar area.  No problem...

This is a must-do restaurant.  A little more expensive, but food is excellent and service is first-rate.  I love the open kitchen idea - not that we saw much of it that night, but we have since returned for a breakfast - great to see people working so smoothly together in a small space.  It all just flowed!!

Oh ... Rolf was also celebrating his birthday on the same day!!

Off to Mama Africa (club) for after dinner drinks, before heading home, leaving the young ones to party into the wee small hours...
