Brave ... or stupid???

We've made plans for the next few days and have booked accommodation in Fecamp ... and hired a car for 6 days.... maybe we should tell someone where our wills are stored!!!! Don't think we will have internet access at the next stop (sadly) so you may not hear from us for a while.

Been thinking of home a bit lately. Today when we went in to see a display in an old tower, the attendant noticed Lex's wallaby shirt and proceeded to give us the news that the Wallabies defeated the All Blacks recently ... producing the newspaper article to show us. Final state of origin game must be on the week also ... don't expect to be so lucky this time (and catch a match). Someone... please text us the scores. We're into our third last week ... thinking of those back home on holidays now too. Wondering how I will get my head around everything when we get home ... will have to catch up fast!!!!

Today we wandered in a different direction ... and stumbled across more amazing street scenes. There's a new vista around every corner. Truely amazing. We also spent some time in an awesome book shop ... children's books, games etc. Exceptional. Lots of things there that I would like to bring home ... no room!

11.30pm ... sitting here listening to the Monet light and sound show. Had planned to go up again ... it is soooo riveting... but opted out when the rain started. It runs for about 15 mins ... but they play it about half a dozen times. When it's all over ... about 12-12.30 ... the lights on the Cathedral come on again .... what a sight ... from our window. Shines all night - so spectacular.

We watched some men playing boules out the other side of our hotel this afternoon. Serious games ... there appeared to be a trophy. Players kept popping over the road to the bar for refills.
